Fender Jazz Bass Marcus Miller signature – 2008

Legendary bassist Marcus Miller plays a 1977 Fender Jazz Bass ; he has many others, of course, but this one is his favorite bass. In 1998, Fender asked him to copy it and make it a signature model. Two versions were born, a 4-string produced in Japan, and a 5-string produced in the United States, from 1999 to 2014. It existed in 3 colors: natural (Marcus's), White and Sunburst.

Full maple, it's made for funk, slap, and a slamming sound. But its ultimate weapon is a small switch that allows it to go from passive to active ! So there are two basses in this already sublime bass.
